Our plots
are spread over 5 communes. They are partly located on mid-slopes with a
predominantly north-east exposure, enabling the vineyards to benefit from ideal
sunlight conditions.
Since 2012, in two thirds of our estate we have
been working the soil in such a way as to reduce the use of weed killers. Our
soil has therefore benefited from more active microbial life.
We also have
plots equipped with capsules that diffuse natural male hormones (mating
disruption), which has enabled us to stop using insecticides.
